It’s pretty simple – if you don’t like your reeds, or they arrive damaged, I’ll replace them or refund your money. Just contact me and we’ll work it out.
I don’t adjust reeds that I’ve already sent out, nor do I accept a returned reed that you’ve opened. (I used to, but stopped when COVID-19 started.) If you haven’t opened the box yet and would like to send it back, then let me know and I’ll send you a return label – that’s the only case in which I’ll accept a return package.
It’s absolutely your choice as to whether you’d like a refund or a new reed, and I don’t really have a time limit. Seriously, just let me know if you’re unhappy. It’s ok.

Late or missing refunds
If you have requested a refund, and something goes wrong and you don’t receive it in a timely manner, please let me know. I’ll contact my payment processor and find out where the lag may be happening and get back to you.
